Please pardon my ignorance, but I'm relatively new here and just learning my way around this forum. I do appreciate your patience as well.
Thanks!

Actually I removed the link but forgot to remove the text before it. ^_^
Thank you for voting for the thread though, and for the help that you are providing in here.
One of the updates on the OPs was directly related to you.

Man...I'd forgotten how long it takes to check a full U map. I think I'll stick with M maps from now on. Those go about 3 times faster.

Anyone get a chance to look at my map yet to get the 0.4% I need to get the GMC for Elona? N E 1?

Thanks a lot for marking my map, SilentVex.
That looks like 0.5%.

Congratulations Irma and Relentless! I'm so happy I was able to help!
Hi Livingston...
I read your updates, and I'm flattered. That was very kind of you. Actually what I've done here is giving back... you, Leighwyn, Sab, SilentVex, Jughis and so many I've failed to name here have given so much to me and so many other hopeful cartographers... I'm just giving back what I can.
Thanks again.

Well, guys and gals, I came here at 99.6%. Using the 100% maps and the technique in the OP (zoom in on U-map so it's same size as 100% map), I was able to find that last 0.4%. So thank you!
Elonian is the easiest GMC so far--if I was a local character, I wouldn't have needed help since the tutorial area would have put me over the top. But it's still a great accomplishment, and congrats to all other GMCs!

100%
Well, after some divine intervention from SilentVex, finding the last few 0.1% wasn't all that bad. In fact some of the bits I'd missed were frankly embarrassing...
Thankyou all for the help, congratulations to everyone who have got their GMC, and good luck to everyone else still working on it!

Niila: Too low quality of a jpeg.
Zeke_T_Freke: I don't have a screenshot that resolution, and I can't get one for about a week here. The 4 screenshots in the first OP are the resolutions I have to work with until then.
lakatz: Thanks tons for your help. It makes things run a lot smoother for both ends. Plus, between finals and holidays it's been kinda awkward for me to be around as much.
paulatpingu: Very nice work, congrats.

Just set your res at 1024x768 or 1280x1024 (or 1440x900 if you're on a widescreen) go to your zoomed out M map and take a shift+print screen. When you post it just make sure it's not a low quality jpg.
UD44B: When you hit at least 98% I'll take a look at your map. At 96% you could probably pick some more up by skirting just about any zone. Also, 120kb for a 1024 screenie is too low quality. It should be up around 200-250kb.

Jebus: Congrats dude.

Just an FYI, I always save as High qual 8 or better in Adobe (the one I posted is 300k), is always zoomed out and always do shift+print. I can do the lower rez of 1024x768 and I can do the higher rez of 1280x1024. I do know that the resolution I set these at on a regular basis of 1280x960 is excellent for most. Just let me know which you prefer.
